My name is Jeannie, I come from a little town called Phalaborwa in the Limpopo Province. Photographing people is something I am strongly passionate about.

My approach to taking portraits it to reveal the “real you”. To create a relaxed atmosphere and capture true meaningful moments people share with one another.

I work a lot with natural light around me and I am equipped with the necessary lighting equipment should I need use a flash etc.

I cannot describe the feeling I get when I have taken the perfect shot. Each one is different and full of all kinds of emotions. It is from the smallest of details to the sparkle in a person’s eyes that make me feel butterflies in my tummy.

Taking photographs is more than a job to me but an obsession I can’t get enough of. It’s an art and a way to express myself.
